Lucy Warren BSc (hons) MRICS is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 8 years post qualification experience working on a range of commercial, industrial and residential properties for a wide variety of clients including private sector, charities and high-net worth individuals.
Lucy offers a range of professional services including Contract Administration, Principal Designer, Dilapidations and Reinstatement Cost Assessments.
Lucy joined Brawdia in April 2024 with previous roles at JLL and a SME consultancy practice in Bristol in which she prepared numerous specifications for the repair and cyclical maintenance of listed buildings.

Insurance Management Reinstatement
Following an insured loss (fire, flood, escape of water etc.), our experienced team will attend your property, assess the damage and review any specialist reports. We will then prepare and tender a specification of works for any strip out and reinstatement requirements.
Contract Administering the works from commencement to completion we liaise fully with both policyholder and loss adjuster throughout the project.
