James Goodlet
James Goodlet BSc (Hons) has experience as a building surveyor working with both residential and commercial properties predominantly within the insurance sector. Having completed his Cert CILA and currently studying towards his Cert CII.
James has a depth of experience in losses ranging from low to high value having been the managing surveyor on a liability recovery project valued at over £1 million.
James has experience in Contract Administration and Project Management which he has specialised in for the last six years. Within this period he has worked on a range of different properties including listed buildings and in areas of outstanding natural beauty. Prior to this James spent a lot of time undertaking defect analysis within residential properties.
James joined Brawdia in August 2022 specialising in insurance related works and defect analysis.

Insurance Management Reinstatement
Following an insured loss (fire, flood, escape of water etc.), our experienced team will attend your property, assess the damage and review any specialist reports. We will then prepare and tender a specification of works for any strip out and reinstatement requirements.
Contract Administering the works from commencement to completion we liaise fully with both policyholder and loss adjuster throughout the project.
