Gareth Magrath
Gareth Magrath MRICS is a Chartered Surveyor with 19 years’ experience of working in the construction and property industries.
Having entered into the Construction industry as an apprentice bricklayer, Gareth progressed into Surveying in 2011 having completed a degree in this discipline.
Gareth has gained a wealth of experience in widespread Building Surveying and Project Management deliverables whilst working at the likes of AtkinsRealis (formerly Faithful+Gould), Fisher German and Pick Everard in consultancy positions; as well as having worked for a private developer. Gareth has experience across a vast variety of industries across both the private and public sectors including; healthcare, education, insurance, residential, local authority, industrial, high net worth and blue light in various different roles.
Gareth is an accredited NEC Project Manager and an accredited NEC Supervisor who has experience in delivering under this form of contract and is experienced in working on multi-million pound complex projects.

Technical Due Diligence
Technical due diligence is the structured review, analysis, investigation and gathering of information about the physical characteristics of a property and/or land.
