Omar Khan

Omar Khan MCIOB Dip CILA AIFAA has over 20 years’ experience within the built environment, including more than 12 years specialisng in insurance reinstatement and the management of major and complex property losses. His experience covers the full project lifecycle, from initial damage assessment and development of reinstatement strategies through design, procurement and contract administration.

Omar joined Brawdia in 2026 from a major loss adjusting practice, where he established and led the national major loss building consultancy team. Alongside managing complex reinstatement projects, he was responsible for the technical development and growth of the service, building and leading a multidisciplinary team supporting major losses across the UK.

At Brawdia, Omar is focused on delivering complex insurance reinstatement projects and supporting the continued growth of the firm’s insurance consultancy offering.
