George Culbert
George Culbert BSc (Hons) MRICS has over 11 years’ experience as a Building Surveyor working on Residential and Commercial properties, focusing on Design, Specification and Contract Administration.
George experienced in high net worth insurance re-instatement and defect diagnosis projects working on prime and super prime residential projects where he acts as Contract Administrator. He also has experience is various commercial insurance claims on retail through to office building, again acting as Contract Administrator and Co-ordinator. In addition to this he has vast experience in feasibility, space planning and Architectural Design on prime residential properties as well as commercial projects, where is well versed in internal refurbishment and remodeling projects.
George joined Brawdia’s London office in July 2021, specialising in Contract Administration and Co-ordination for insurance re-instatement projects.

Insurance Management Reinstatement
Following an insured loss (fire, flood, escape of water etc.), our experienced team will attend your property, assess the damage and review any specialist reports. We will then prepare and tender a specification of works for any strip out and reinstatement requirements.
Contract Administering the works from commencement to completion we liaise fully with both policyholder and loss adjuster throughout the project.
