James Featherstone BSc (Hons) MRICS has an extensive wealth of experience being in the industry for 25 years and previously worked for Savills and TFT Consultants.
James has a range of experience of all aspects of professional building surveying services and has concentrated more recently on insurance related fire and flood reinstatement works. Some recent projects include project administration of fire and flood reinstatement works for high net worth individuals, landlords strip out and sub-division works of large retail units within occupied shopping centres and repair, redecoration and reinstatement projects on both occupied and vacant office, retail and commercial premises.
James joined Brawdia’s London office in July 2021, specialising in insurance related fire and flood reinstatement works, repair & maintenance and defects diagnosis work.

Insurance Management Reinstatement
Following an insured loss (fire, flood, escape of water etc.), our experienced team will attend your property, assess the damage and review any specialist reports. We will then prepare and tender a specification of works for any strip out and reinstatement requirements.
Contract Administering the works from commencement to completion we liaise fully with both policyholder and loss adjuster throughout the project.
