James Combe BSc (Hons) MRICS is a Chartered Building Surveyor who joined Brawdia in 2024. James has experience across all commercial sectors, having spent time working at Watts, Gerald Eve and Capita.
James works across all professional services including Building Surveys, Contract Administration, Dilapidations, Planned Maintenance, Schedules of Condition, Condition Surveys, Project Monitoring and Technical Reports.
