Michael Griffiths BSc (Hons) MRICS is known to many in the Mersey region and, both in surveying and the banking sector. Michael led the building surveying team in the Liverpool office of a well-known regional surveyors before breaking away to form his own chartered surveying company in 2013. He co-authored the RICS Guidance Note on Development Monitoring, the rules for chartered surveyors appointed by banks when lending on new developments.

Whilst he monitors works by others Michael has a wealth of experience in surveying dated and elderly buildings and putting measurers in place for their effective repair, maintenance, extension and re-building. Property of all forms of construction from Georgian through to the modern property being built today.

Defect analysis reports are produced for property stakeholders who have concerns about a single or number of defects to a property.
